• Contracting: during the contracting of our services, the contracting party, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," will be asked to provide contact information to create a user profile. This user will receive information that will allow them to access and configure the Platform.
• Creation of New Users: authorized users will be able to create different profiles linked to the Client's account, through which they can access various functionalities offered by the Platform. To do so, ASCEND will only request identifying and/or contact information from those individuals for whom a user profile linked to the Client's account will be created.
• Account Management: ASCEND may process data related to the usage that users make of the Platform.

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
• When a user registration is requested, ASCEND will process personal information to manage the registration, including subsequent assistance, management, and user support.
• The information will be processed to comply with our legal obligations, potential judicial resolutions, and other decisions determined by authorities. This includes the communication of your personal data to law enforcement agencies, whenever we have suspicions or indications of conduct that may constitute a criminal offense.

The processing carried out by ASCEND is based on the following basis: • When your data is processed to register you on the Platform and create users, the processing is carried out based on the execution of a contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR) upon acceptance of the platform's terms and conditions.
• When the information is processed to comply with our legal obligations, potential judicial resolutions, and other decisions determined by authorities, including possible communication, the processing is based on the fulfilment of our legal obligations (Article 6.1.c) GDPR).
• When your data is processed to send you information about our services, promotions, and related products, the processing will be carried out, if you have given us your consent, based on your consent.is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a) GDPR). In Spain, whenever applicable, it may be carried out based on the legal authorization provided in Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSICE).
